Roughly 5 minutes before your appointment, please go to https://doxy.me/drbennash to check in to the virtual waiting room with time to make sure your tech is working.
Dr Nash will start the call at your appointment time. If delayed, he’ll send you a message using the waiting room chat function.

Initial appointments are typically 30-45 minutes.
Follow up appointments are typically 15-20 minutes.
We are mindful that your time is valuable and aim to avoid keeping you waiting. Occasionally, another patient may require a little extra time spent on them, causing an unexpected delay beyond our control. Where possible, we will advise you if Dr Nash is running late.
-
Payment is taken on the day of your appointment.
If you have a valid referral & Medicare card, you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate of a portion of the fee.
After your appointment, we will process your Medicare rebate on your behalf. You will receive your rebate in your nominated bank account (with Medicare) within 1-2 business days.
To see a detailed breakdown of our fees, please visit our Appointment Fees page.
